You built the product. We run the sales.

ECHORRO builds and runs the sales engine for founder-led B2B tech companies. All of it, or just the stages you’re missing, through the channels your buyers actually answer.

The stage nobody owns

A lot of good software, AI included, has been built by people who are very good at building.

Selling it is a different job. In most young companies, nobody holds it full-time.

Between a stranger and a signed contract, there’s a stage of your sales process that no one owns.

The top.

You close well once you’re in the room. But your first customers came from your network, and no one is finding strangers. Pipeline comes in bursts, then stops.

The close.

Demand shows up and dies in a pipeline nobody is working. Follow-up slips. Deals stall and no one notices.

All of it.

You never wanted to run sales, and you’d rather keep it that way.

The gap is different in each case. The cost is the same: revenue is capped by the stage nobody owns.

What we run. What we don’t.

ECHORRO runs your sales. All of it, or only the stages nobody’s covering.

Prospecting, booking, working the pipeline, closing: we take over the missing stages and run them as one operation.

One engagement, shaped around your gap. Not a menu of packages. Not a block of meetings.

Why not just hire a salesperson?

You can. But what’s usually missing isn’t a person. It’s everything around them: who to target, what to say, the tools to do it at volume, and someone fixing what isn’t working every week.

Without that, a good hire spends the first quarter building it alone. We bring all of it, and run it.

What we’re not

  • A lead-gen vendor selling meetings by the dozen.
  • An appointment setter.
  • A staffing firm that drops a rep into your Slack.
  • A consultancy that hands you a deck.

We don’t do paid ads, SEO, content marketing, or sales training.

We do the selling.

Channels are chosen by your buyer. Not by us.

Most agencies sell one channel. Email shops send email, calling shops call. Then they tell you that’s where your buyers are.

We start from the other end: who your buyer is, and where they actually answer.

Cold calling, cold email and LinkedIn are all on the table. Your buyer’s behavior decides the mix, not our preference.

Nothing goes out on day one.

There’s a build first, typically two to four weeks, in this order:

  1. 1

    Targets.

Your ideal customer turned into a list of accounts, people, and how to reach each.

  2. 2

    Messaging.

What gets said on each channel, written from how you sell today and tested against the objections you already hear.

  3. 3

    Infrastructure.

Outreach tools, sending setup and tracking. A CRM, if you don’t have one.

  4. 4

    Your sign-off.

You approve the targets and the messaging before anything reaches a buyer.

  5. 5

    Low-volume launch.

The first outreach goes out small. We read every response and adjust.

  6. 6

    Full volume.

    Outreach scales. Weekly reporting starts.

  7. Why the wait: outreach that starts before the list and messaging are right burns your market. A buyer who ignored you once is harder to reach the second time.

You see what happened. Every week.

You don’t manage anyone. You have one point of contact at ECHORRO, and that’s who you deal with.

If something isn’t working, it’s in that week’s summary. Not a quarter later.

When we say no. When we start with a test.

If we don’t think it will work, we say so on the first call, before you’ve paid for anything.

If it’s unclear whether outbound will work for you, we don’t start with an open-ended engagement. We start with a time-boxed test, with the numbers that decide whether to continue agreed up front.

And if it stops working once we’re running it, you hear it that week. Not after another month’s invoice.

FAQ

Do you guarantee a number of meetings, or revenue?

No. A guaranteed meeting count guarantees activity, not buyers, and the misses get priced into your fee. We report every week and tell you early if it isn’t working.

What does it cost?

It’s quoted after the first call, based on which stages and channels we run. Any number before that would be a guess.

How soon does outreach start?

Typically two to four weeks in. Nothing goes out until the setup is right and you’ve signed off.

Do I have to manage anyone?

No. One point of contact at ECHORRO. You approve the plan and read the summaries.

Who decides which channels get used?

Your buyer does. We map where they’re reachable, recommend the mix, and you sign off before launch.

Do you work in our CRM?

If you have one, we work in it. If you don’t, we set one up.

Our product isn’t proven yet. Does this still make sense?

Sometimes. We start with a time-boxed test with agreed numbers, and tell you plainly if the market doesn’t respond.

Our buyers are small business owners, not executives. Does this still apply?

Yes. Small business owners are reachable, just rarely through the same channels as software buyers. That’s why the buyer picks the channel.

A discovery call: your business, how you sell today, where your customers come from.

You leave knowing where the gap is, which channels your buyers answer, and whether we’d take it on.

Not a pitch. If we try to sell you anything, end the call.

If it’s a fit, we come back with a plan.
